Biography
Born in a car in Kuwait, Tara is a byproduct of her Filipina mother and her Irish father. The Mackens lived in the Middle East until the eruption of the Gulf War, where they then moved to Brunei in Borneo. It was in Borneo where Tara became an outdoor junkie, hashing, flipping and climbing through the jungles of Brunei and Sarawak following toilet paper trails in hopes of a clean car ride home.After elementary school, Tara moved to Manila Philippines where she harnessed her natural outdoor...
